Hotel as a whole is popular, I greatly enjoyed it.

It has extremely friendly staff, that was willing to help during the stay. The rooms are extremely pleasant and good basic here with a bathroom and enough towels, as for instance.

The hotel's location was great and comfortable, on parking area with a large shopping mall and a market within walking distance.

Truly enjoyed its efficient and brilliantly friendly staff.

All in all everything was beautiful, had a very good stay as stop off in route to Myrtle Beach vacation. The hotel's location was favourable, just off many restaurants and bars, Wake Forest University, and great restaurants within the mile as well.

Let me tell you, the fruit salads at this joint are the bee's knees! Plus, the staff, especially Justin and Kita, are top-notch. We felt the love all night long, y'all. Oh, and can we talk about the location near Hanes Mall for a sec? On point!

Now, listen here, a few things gave me the side-eye. First off, being asked for my license plate number on arrival felt a bit over the top.

They gave me king room with nice bed, fridge. I had a warm welcome, genuinely helpful staff. The accommodation had a central location on a steeep slope. You can find Mandarin Express short walk from the hotel to a have lunch.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room and the comfortable bed. Comfortable location, short way from everywhere.

Good basic and well furnished hotel units with nice bed, shower plus a spa tub. Nice decor.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was blown away by the amazing blue lights on the building. They made it so easy to find, even when I arrived late at night. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was absolutely jaw-dropping, clean and comfortable, with enough towels and pillows for a great night's sleep. The cleaning staff did an incredible job keeping everything spotless. I loved that there was coffee and tea available 24/7, perfect for a caffeine fix any time of the day. The breakfast options were mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day. This hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by tons of dining and shopping options. The rooms were reasonably priced and beautifully clean, although the bathrooms were a bit small. I had a super satisfying stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient experience.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Best Western Plus Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the access to the hotel's hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor pool. These amenities further enhanced my satisfying stay. The hotel promises a relaxing and wonderful visit, featuring an outdoor pool and a free daily hot breakfast. I took advantage of the recreation opportunities, which included the outdoor pool and fitness center, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The beds were a minor issue during my stay.

Breakfast was above average and hot, really enjoyed the position.

This accommodation was in the central location unable to use the fitness center.

Perfect location near 10th largest mall, fantastic hot breakfast, hardworking and polite staff, comfy beds.

The room was soundproof & spotless, came with jacuzzi tub, a bathroom, complimentary coffees. The staff was willing to help giving us information about places.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat because it provides a 1200 square foot meeting room, perfect for professional events. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

I wish the hotel had offered a more extensive business center with printing and copying facilities to better accommodate my work needs during the retreat.
